02 / How we work

Clarity at
every step.

Good security decisions start with understanding the business. Our planned process connects technical findings to actions an owner can understand and manage.

01 / Define

Start with your business.

Agree the systems, concerns and decision makers. Map the role of your IT provider and set a clear boundary for the review.

02 / Prioritize

Make the findings useful.

Explain what was observed, what remains unknown and which actions deserve attention first. Give each next step an owner.

03 / Improve

Move forward deliberately.

Choose a scoped implementation project, assign work to your existing provider, or identify where specialist support is needed.

No unexplained scores. No work outside your authorization. A clear plan for what comes next.

03 / What we value

Technical care.
Business sense.

CX brings business leadership and cybersecurity experience to the same conversation.

Work alongside your IT team

Define responsibilities from the start. Build a security plan that fits the people and providers already supporting your business.

Make the scope explicit

Know what is included, what is excluded and who can approve changes before access or implementation begins.

Keep the owner informed

Translate technical observations into practical decisions, documented priorities and clear next steps.

04 / The founders

Two perspectives.
One accountable team.

Two U.S. Navy veterans. Business leadership and technical ownership, working together to make security understandable and actionable.

05 / Common questions

Know what
to expect.

Who is CX being built for?

Small businesses that want a clear view of their security priorities and defined help with the next steps. Initial fit depends on your technology, business needs and the delivery scope.

Will CX replace our IT provider?

The planned service is designed to work alongside an existing IT provider. Responsibilities, access and any implementation work will be agreed with the appropriate business and technology owners.

What does an assessment include?

A defined evidence review, documented findings, a prioritized action plan and an owner readout. The actual tenant, assets, device sample, evidence and exclusions are listed in the written scope. An assessment does not automatically include remediation.

Does CX offer 24/7 incident response?

No 24/7 CX response service is currently offered. Any future monitoring or incident response coverage will depend on the named provider, contracted scope, authorization and escalation arrangements. This website is not an emergency reporting channel.

Is this a compliance certification?

No. An assessment or implementation project is not a certification or a guarantee against incidents. Sector requirements and specialist work need an appropriately qualified, separately agreed scope.

How can I enquire about services?
